Evelin didn’t know what was wrong with her boyfriend. They’d get into these arguments, these catastrophic blowouts, and an hour later Adam would come back and act like it never happened.
Because somehow, he really did forget that it happened.
How could he? It would always start with the weirdest shit, some dark and brooding tangent about things supernatural. Then Adam would get angry when Evelin didn’t treat his ramblings as anything other than a delusion.
But then he’d come back around and return to his old skeptic self. Sometimes it really felt like she was talking to someone else.
